About Me
As a licensed MFT psychotherapist, with 27 years of experience in treatment and supervision, I have worked with 100’s of individual adults and couples over this time. I am highly relational, and you will feel me engaged and present in the room with you. I believe the true art of psychotherapy lies in the integration of academic knowledge, tools, and a compassionate and non judgmental personality. I am perceptive, and straightforward, and I will offer as much feedback and insight as you want and need. I am someone who has a strong balance of masculine and feminine traits, which I think makes me suitable for a wide variety of clients. The best way to know if we are a fit is to talk or meet together so you can get a sense of who I am.
I received my BA from Stanford University in 1986, and my MA from New College of California in 1993. I have supervised interns at the Pacific Center in Berkeley.
I am a parent, scuba diver, mountain climber, advanced beginner piano student, and have lived my entire adult life in the Bay Area.
